Rename bitlbee contact

rename _XXXXXX John

Change nick format

1. set tag for specified account

   account <account_number> set tag WA

2. set global nick format

   set nick_format %full_name|%account

3. go offline and online

   account 0 off
   account 0 on

4. better offline/online handling

   channel set show_users online,away

5. Add network-specific command channels

   To add a network-specific command channel, you must type /join &network, where network is the network name:

   /join &jabber
